Return Timeframe

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Important: The 30-day period begins when you receive your order, not when you place it.

  • Unused condition: Item must not have been installed, modified, or used
  • Original packaging: Must be in the same packaging you received it in
  • All components: Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
  • Proof of purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at contact@truerc.com with photos of the defect or damage.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Sale Items & Partial Refunds

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or installation
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
